1. Purpose
- These terms define the conditions for using Asset Management Studio and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the operator.
- The service provides asset records, statistics, and point-in-time comparisons based on asset information entered by users.
2. Nature of the Service
- The service is not investment advice, financial product recommendation, tax or legal advice, or a profit guarantee service.
- Statistics, returns, valuations, and history records are reference information calculated from user-entered data and external market data.
- Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions, financial transactions, and asset allocation decisions.
3. Account Registration and Management
- Users may create an account by providing required information such as an email address.
- Users must safely manage their account, password, and login methods. Damages caused by poor account management are the user's responsibility.
- The operator may restrict account use when necessary for security or when abuse is suspected.
4. User-Entered Data and Family Assets
- Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and freshness of the asset information they enter.
- When entering family or third-party asset information, users must have proper authority or consent to enter and manage that information.
- The operator does not guarantee the truthfulness, completeness, or freshness of user-entered asset data.
5. Prices, FX Rates, and Calculations
- External data such as stock and ETF prices or FX rates may differ from actual values depending on timing, API status, delays, or errors.
- Calculation results are for reference and are not final data for accounting, tax, or investment decisions.
- Users should verify source data and financial institution records before making important decisions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Entering or using another person's personal or asset information without authority
- Using the service for illegal purposes, investment fraud, false records, or system intrusion
- Interfering with service operation or burdening the system with excessive requests
7. Service Changes and Suspension
- The operator may change or suspend all or part of the service when needed for feature improvements, security measures, infrastructure issues, or external API changes.
- When service changes or suspension are expected, the operator will provide notice where reasonably possible.
8. Data Backup and Deletion
- Users are responsible for separately backing up important asset data.
- Stored data may be deleted upon account withdrawal, data deletion, or service termination.
- Unless caused by intent or gross negligence, the operator is not responsible for damages caused by user input errors, lack of backup, or deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The operator works to improve service stability and accuracy but does not guarantee that all calculations or external data are error-free.
- The operator is not responsible for investment or financial decisions made based on service information or their results.
- Where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, the applicable law will govern.
10. Changes to Terms
- The operator may change these terms when necessary and will notify users through available notice methods such as the service screen, effective date updates in this document, or email.
- Users who do not agree to changed terms may stop using the service and request account deletion.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If a dispute arises in connection with use of the service, the user and the operator will attempt to resolve it through good-faith consultation.
- Disputes that cannot be resolved through consultation will follow the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
